How does Click & Collect work?Updated a month ago
1. Choose your store at checkout
When you place your order online, simply use the store locator at checkout to pick the most convenient yd. store for collection.
You can also check whether your item is available for Click & Collect before ordering by using the Click & Collect availability tool on the product page. Simply enter your postcode or suburb to view nearby store availability.
2. Your order is processed
After ordering, your purchase is processed online and sent to your selected store to be packed.
This means your order will not be available for pickup immediately.
3. Wait for your pick up notification
Your order is usally ready in 1 business hour, and the store team will give you a call to let you know when to head over.
Just remember that if you order after 4 PM, you'll probably need to pick it up the next day.
4. Collect your order in-store
To collect your order, please bring:
- Your order confirmation
- A valid photo ID
We’ll hold your order for 14 days from the time you’re notified that it’s ready for collection.
