As soon as you submit your return through our portal we’ll keep you informed throughout the entire return process to ensure a smooth experience. Once your return arrives at our warehouse:

• A refund will be processed within 1-2 business days 
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued

Kindly note, we are unable to process your return until we have physically received the item.

If you’re not using our returns portal, we strongly suggest keeping a record of your tracking incase any issues arise. This helps us assist you in the event your parcel is delayed or lost in transit.
